Connect with nature, connect with yourself, connect with your community

September 18 - 23, 2024

Absorb yourself in a daily movement practice and take a deep dive within through meditative time immersed in nature. Join us for six days and five nights of healthy meals, cozy accommodations, and the best company.

Northern Edge Algonquin, is located five hours from Buffalo and three hours from Toronto at a quiet corner of Algonquin Park on a beautiful lake surrounded by forest. We will sleep comfortably in private or semi-private cozy eco-luxe cabins designed in harmony with the forest home; enjoy nourishing meals crafted with care from locally sourced ingredients; participate in a daily movement practice in natural gathering spaces, and experience specially curated experiences.

Each day you will participate in two, led movement practices - a morning flow class and an afternoon workshop, with a focus on a particular area of the body. Between classes, we will have the opportunity to explore Algonquin Park by land and water; swim or paddle off the dock; or maybe just rest, read, and commune with nature and friends. We will leave the Edge feeling refreshed, renewed, and totally transformed.
