My mission is to help people build a deeper and more positive connection to their own bodies so that they move through the world with more confidence and less pain. I want you to continue to do your favorite activities without fear of aging or injuries.

My approach combines the mindfulness of yoga with the explorative, progressive elements of strength and mobility. Classes incorporate a variety of movement and meditation modalities into our yoga flow-style classes, including the principles of pilates, functional range conditioning, somatic movement (such as Feldenkrais), breath training, and strength training.
