If a driving ban is in effect, all sessions are canceled; otherwise, weather updates will be shared by email, and anyone who feels unsafe traveling is always welcome to reschedule with no penalty.
Registering for Classes
All classes and Strength Training sessions require pre-registration. We do not offer drop-in classes.
Yoga & yoga-style classes (Soft Strength℠, Muscle Mending℠, Mindful Flow, Restorative Yoga)

Strength Training sessions are scheduled individually and capped at 4 people.
To get started, please complete the form on the Mindful Strength Training page and I’ll be in touch to sign you up.
Use the schedule below to register for yoga and yog-ish classes.
You’ll need to create an account or log in to register.
Click the button on the far right of a class listing (it shows the number of spots available) to reserve your place.
Pre-registration is required for all classes.
