about sasha (she, her) - CYT 200
Sasha began exploring yoga in her early 20s when dance was no longer an option for her. She quickly fell in love with the more introspective nature of the practice and went on to complete her 200-hour yoga teacher training at East Meets West Yoga in 2016.
After the pandemic and the experience of having three children in three years, Sasha realized she needed to build greater strength. In 2024, she began weight training at New Moon Mindful Movement and was amazed by the positive changes in her body. She deeply values the combination of mindfulness and strength training and is excited to share that blend with others.
