When you sign up for Virtual 1-1 Coaching, you’ll receive:
At least one private Zoom meeting per month to check in, learn new techniques, and refine your program.
A personalized workout plan designed around your goals, needs, and the equipment you have available (whether at home or in a gym).

What if I don’t have much equipment?
That’s absolutely fine. We’ll design your workouts around what you already have. Many effective strength and mobility exercises can be done with just body weight, resistance bands, or a few free weights. If you have access to a gym, we’ll include that too — your plan is fully personalized.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move up or down a plan after your initial three-month commitment. Some people start small and add more support as they get into the rhythm, while others prefer a more structured plan right away.
What if I’m traveling or really busy?
Your program is designed to fit your lifestyle. If you’re on the road, we can create travel-friendly workouts that require little or no equipment. And if your schedule shifts, we’ll adjust your workouts so they’re manageable and realistic.
How do Zoom sessions work?
Zoom sessions are 1-on-1 coaching calls where we review your form, introduce new exercises, and discuss your progress. Think of them as both a check-in and a mini training session tailored to your needs.
What if I’m new to strength training?
Perfect! Mindful Strength Coaching is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’ve been lifting for years or you’re brand new, we’ll focus on helping you feel strong, confident, and safe in your workouts.
Can I combine this with in-person classes?
Yes. If you’re local, your Virtual Coaching plan can complement your studio classes at New Moon Mindful Movement. Many people use their virtual workouts to stay consistent between classes or while traveling.
